Enjoy a flavour-filled tour of the iconic Boqueria market, one of the best markets to visit in the whole of Spain. After eating your way through it, and learning about the importance of buying high quality and fresh produce, Alfredo will be ready to impart all his knowledge, tips and tricks to turn yourself into an expert Spanish gastronomist. The cooking workshop is held in a beautiful space in Plaça Reial, where you could join up to 10 guests. You will learn how to cook the traditional paella and you will taste some tapas while enjoying a local wine. We’re sure that after this workshop you will be the most in-demand dinner party host in town! The experience begins with a tour of the La Boqueria market. The cooking class it consists of the preparation of a complete gourmet menu. Is designed so that each participant is involved and can participate in it in the experience. A chef and an kitchen assistant will guide the participants by giving instructions in the cooking process. Before starting the cooking class we have for our customers 10 “Tapas” tasting from different cities from Spain and the chef will give a brief explanation of the gastronomy of the different regions of Spain through these “Tapas”. Includes different wines with D.O. A Sangria preparation Workshop is also included. It is a cooking workshop for an open group limited to a maximum of 11 participants.
