Lunch box cake

Duration : 2 hrs (Provides 4" round / heart sponge and pre-made cream) Flavour: Blueberry Creamcheese All ingredients and equipment, aprons, including transport boxes for your cake course are provided.  The class has a lovely private feel with a maximum of 8 people and it means I can give each person the time required to focus on all things cake decorating! Learn how to make delicious and creative lunch box cake with us and add a little sweetness to your day!    You will learn,  Learn how to fill the cake layers with cream-cheese icing (or with compote) and stacking cake. Learn the technique of semi-masking (crumb-coating) How to create colours, decorate a cake with it, piping skills like borders, ruffles, roses, and writing on the cake     Refunds and Rescheduling:  No refunds A rescheduling request should be made at least 3days before the scheduled start of the class.
