Wally Skyway - ceiling mounted cat shelf, feline highway, walkway

Wally Skyway is a ceiling-mounted cat pathway, a sky highway for your observer. Expanding your cats' space up to the ceiling. It's a well-known fact that our feline friends are creatures that love being up high. As both hunter and prey animals, they need to have all the areas under their watchful eye. The height also helps with establishing a hierarchy among your cats. They display their position as a social ladder, the ones at the top are the leaders. The skyway shelf will entice your cats to move more, as they are mostly creatures that flee up high to safety. They climb high to survey their territory and gain a distinct tactical advantage. Cats also take full advantage of heat rising during the cold months and will seek warmth in high-up spaces. The skyway shelves could form a superhighway and give your cats the luxury of full vertical space. Skyway is made using sturdy birch plywood and reinforced with multiple screws. The shelf comes in 3 sections that need to be screwed in(all the hardware is provided by us, and there are pre-drilled holes for easy assembly). There are holes for affixing to the ceiling. As the mounting frames are made out of wood, you can easily drill through the wood to add extra reinforcement to the mount if and where needed. The standard version is carpeted, as we like giving cats extra safety and something to hold on to. We know that it's no fun cleaning it up there, but cats' safety is more important. The carpet is easily cleaned with a rubber glove, a wet hand, or by vacuuming and wiping it with a damp cloth. There is also a 5cm railing to keep them from gliding out the pathway(especially if you chose the uncarpeted version). The railing could be higher if needed. The standard length is from 60 to 110cm(the sizes are in 10cm increments), but if you need a custom size, all options are open. Cats have 50cm of height available, which is great for even the biggest house cats. Both small and large cats could move easily. It's easy to assemble and even easier to mount on the ceiling.
