Description Organic Kagoshima Economical Matcha Bulk This is the economical line of certified organic matcha for people who are looking for matcha in a bulk package.   This item was only available to wholesale customers, but we are making it available for anyone to purchase now.  Many restaurants use this for straight drinking, mixing, and for use in baking, and cooking.  Matcha is harvested in the Kirishima Mountains at an elevation of approximately 200 meters or above. The elevation is relatively higher, and the temperature is cooler than on the flat ground.The fertilizer is mainly compost and certified organic by JAS (Japan Agricultural Standard).The matcha is a professionally blended cultivar of Yabukita, Saemidori, Okumidori, and Asanoka by the tea master. Organic Ceremonial Matcha has been produced according to the strict guidelines of the JAS (Japan Agricultural Standard) and is certified organic. Sizes: 10000 grams (2 pounds 4 ounces)  Package will come in 1 x 1kg bag (vacuum sealed) Makes approximately 500 to 1000 servings of tea Brewing Suggestions:Dissolve 1/2 - 1 teaspoon (2-4 grams) of powder into 2 Oz hot water. Sift matcha to ensure no clumps exist.Wait for 60 secondsWhisk in a gentle circular motion.
