Get It Faster - Upgrade Your Shipping to Priority Mail on US Addresses

Get your package sooner with a SHIPPING UPGRADE. Upgrade your shipping service from USPS Ground Select to USPS Priority Mail. The Celtic Copper Shipping Upgrade is purchased as a product and will change the type of shipping label we put on your package. Purchasing the upgrade does not effect regular shipping fees associated with your order. Our standard shipping time is 2-5 days after an order is received, created and sent out. Priority Mail takes 1-2 days for delivery coast to coast after your order has been processed. We will do our best to get your items out quickly although purchasing a shipping upgrade does not guarantee same day shipping or rushed orders. Packing time: Shipment are usually packed within 1-3 days. Custom orders and bulk orders can take longer, up to a week.  Shipping schedule:  We send out packages Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  Transit times: Typical transit time for USPS Ground Advantage packages across the continental United States is 2-5 business days. USPS Priority Mail takes 1-2 days transit time and delivery for continental delivery. Outlying areas such as Hawaii, Alaska and Military addresses can take longer. Shipping delays: Inclement weather and other delays: Shipping can be delayed due to inclement weather locally, nationally and internationally. Shipping may also be delayed due to strikes and other business disruption. Tracking information: Tracking number are sent to the customer email on file when the shipping label for their order is printed. Check your email and spam filter for the tracking number confirmation email for your order or log onto your Celtic Copper account to see your order status. Once your package has been sent out the shipping fees are non-refundable. (If your items is backordered or significantly delayed you will be notified by email and given the choice to refund the shipping upgrade.)
