Description This Raclette cheese from Savoy, has a thin, brownish-orange colored rind, and a yellow-ivory creamy texture. It has a strong and very aromatic taste with a milky, fruity aroma and a sweet taste. It's made with thermalized cows milk, which means it's not heated up as much as pasteurized. The half wheel is about 7 lb. Made with microbial rennet. This French Raclette cheese is creamier and also stronger as the Swiss Emmi Raclette. Shipping The cheese will usually ship with UPS ground or US priority mail the following Monday or Tuesday after placing the order. We will contact you if we feel that we can't guarantee the freshness of the cheese by ground shipment. To avoid expedited shipping charges we ship the cheese on ice.
