Our fixed dock kayak launches are designed to attach securely to most styles of fixed docks. Constructed with a durable aluminum framework and stainless steel hardware, they are built to be bolted directly to the dock structure for long-lasting stability and dependable performance. This design provides safe, convenient access to your kayaks while also helping address storage needs when the launch is not in use. Each launch is equipped with straps to hold kayaks in an upright stored position, keeping them secure and organized along the dock. Our fixed dock kayak launches can accommodate a range of dock heights, with custom options available upon request to fit your specific site conditions. Standard bays are typically 36 inches wide, providing ample space for kayaks to sit comfortably in the cradle. The Pro Series: Offers the highest level of corrosion resistance, featuring stainless steel winches and nylon-sleeved washers designed to protect against the contact of stainless steel on aluminum. This series includes an additional winch, which allows you to lift the float out of the water. The Pro Series is highly recommended for use in saltwater and brackish water conditions. The extra winch facilitates lifting the entire unit out of the water for air storage during rough conditions, helping to prevent barnacle and algae growth on the float. Additionally, the Pro Series comes with new mounting brackets that include roller wheels, allowing for easy up-and-down movement and reducing wear and tear compared to the previous version. We strongly recommend that customers with two kayaks weighing over 80 lbs each consider the Pro Series, as the low friction of the roller wheels enhances performance.
