Guittard 55% Vegan, Dairy free, Kosher Pareve Wafers.

This wafer can be used in many different applications.  It has a robust chocolate flavor with vanilla notes. Guittard's Dairy-Free chocolate contains no dairy or milk-based ingredients and are made on dedicatedprocessing and packaging lines and test negative for dairy protein. Guittard's Kosher Pareve offerings fall within the category of food considered neutral, meaning it containsneither meat nor dairy ingredients and are certified according to Jewish Law by an orthodox organization. Guittard Vegan chocolate is certified by vegan.org and does not contain animal ingredients nor animal derived ingredients. All of our vegan certified products are also processed on dedicated equipment that does not process dairy. Cacao beans, evaporated cane sugar,  cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin and vanilla. ***Smaller amounts are repackaged.
