The buckwheat flour we use is upcycled, allowing us to provide a sustainable solution for our supplier. Ingredients: gluten-free oat flour, buckwheat flour, arrowroot powder, baking powder (cream of tartar, baking soda, organic tapioca starch), salt. Recipe: Combine ½ cup pancake mix and ½ cup water or milk with 1 egg. Heat your skillet with 1-2 tablespoons of 100% pure avocado oil. Makes 2–3 pancakes or waffles.
