Brave Pat the Spatula can be used on all cookware surfaces. Caring for Pat:  Pat prefers to be hand washed as the dishwasher heat will dry Pat out.  Prior to first use, please hand wash Pat with soap and water. If Pat begins to look dry or does not feel as smooth as you’d like, periodically rub Pat with mineral oil or a beeswax compound.
