All Alaskan King Crab Legs are cooked and frozen immediately after they are caught Only need to thawed and eaten cold with cocktail sauce or steamed/baked from frozen and served with warm drawn butter Ours are 9/12 size, some of the largest available.  Each leg is approximately 3/4 of a pound. Serving Size 4-8 oz as an appetizer or as part of an entrée. 1-1.5lbs  as a main course. 2 1/2 lb order contains approximately 3 legs and 1 giant claw 5 lb order contains approximately 5  legs and 2 giant claws
