Wrap the strip of paper around your wrist, mark the length and measure it. If you measure 4 7/8” to 5 7/8” order a size S If you measure 5 7/8” to 6 7/8” order a size M If you measure 6 7/8” to 7 7/8” order a size L If you measure 7 7/8” to 8 7/8” order a size XL If your wrist measures larger than 57/8", the S” wristband might be too tight.
