The HOIST® Power Squat is designed to do exactly what it is named for… to build muscle, add mass and increase power to the lower body – including glutes, thighs, calves and lower back. An ergonomically correct pad and large footplate provides stability and helps position users correctly while ensuring the best squat exercise experience possible.
