White Pineapple

These amazing fruits are sweet, juicy, and only available for a limited time! Commonly known as Sugarloaf pineapple. Although on the outside they look similar to yellow pineapples, they have a much sweeter flavor with essentially no acidity. The interior is white, juicy, and less fibrous than the yellow variety, with a soft, edible core. This flavor is unique to Hawaii and primarily only grown on the Big Island and Kauaʻi. It is delicious as a fresh-cut fruit, but it’s also a fabulous flavor to use in desserts and cocktails. Due to the short season we have found that many people like to process and freeze white pineapples during the summer so that they can enjoy this wonderful fruit all year long.Grown in Hawaiʻi
