Yum Bucket!

LOCAL FLASH SALE! PICK UP ONLY! SATURDAY AUGUST 15th! Feral, but make it French. Yumster Diving anyone?! On any given day, a small percentage of our production line ends up in the "imperfect" pile - too cracked, wonky or flat to proudly sell, but perfectly tasty nonetheless! These often go home with our bakers or are given to our vendors in exchange for their deliveries (yes, we've heard the rumors that FedEx drivers fight over who gets to pick up our shipping orders...) but in a moment of brilliance, Lady Yum thought "orrrr.... we could cram them in buckets and sell as first come first serve to our loyal local customers!" And with that, the Yum Bucket was born: a creative way to avoid unnecessary food waste while still spreading the delicious love. Yum Buckets are only available in limited quantities and must be picked up at the date and time specified. Flavor-wise, you get what you get (and you don't get upset). Probably important to note here that cross contamination of macarons is guaranteed, so these buckets aren't "allergy safe" and will almost certainly contain macarons with peanuts or gluten, etc. Expect a mess of deliciously imperfect squished morsels and enjoy every bite.
