Composed of the most luscious silk chiffon hand panted in a gorgeous watercolor floral print. Featuring an intricately pleated multi- layered accordion bodice that fans over the bust. A royal purple satin ribbon defines the empire waist. Fully lined interior. Zips up the back with original metal zipper.
