Am I missing a spacer?– When using this bike rack in your full-size truck bed there can appear to be a gap in the middle section that sits nearest to the tailgate. There is a trick to closing this gap that does not require an additional spacer. How many bikes will it hold?– Up to 4 bikes What is the maximum size tire that will fit?– This will fit tires up to 27”. This model of BedRack does not fit 28/29” tires but our newer model BedRack Elite (Item 2030) will! What is the maximum width of a truck bed that this will fit into?– BedRack will extend up to 63.75” without the spacer and up to 69.5” with the full-size spacer What is the smallest truck bed size (width) it will fit?– 53.5" How do I install the bike if it has a derailer?– If installing using front wheel– nothing needs to be done – If installing using rear tire - We provide Foam Wheel Stabilizers with your bike rack. These should be placed on the bike or on the rack to hold the bike/derailer in place, so it will not conflict with the down strut.Can I use this rack on the ground?– Yes, you can use this on the ground just as a standalone bike rack.Can I use an Ebike with this rack?– No, our bike racks are not suitable for Ebikes.
