Infierno De Ajo Rojo (Red Garlic Hell). This is the ultimate chile head spicy taco and burger sauce! Great on chips too! As you guys know we specialize in extreme chile head hot sauces but for this one we wanted to create a sauce that everyone could enjoy. The ingredient list is amazing and includes fire roasted red jalapenos and tomatoes, cayenne peppers, garlic, onions, cilantro and enough Carolina Reaper peppers to give it a good kick along with a splash of lemon and lime and a touch of sea salt and select spices. The Rojo is amazing on tacos, burgers, fries, onion rings, chips and even as a cocktail sauce for shrimp. This is not a melt your face off hot sauce.
