Minor knife marks heal when dampened. Cutting boards made from a single plank of Kiso hinoki typically use cross-grained wood. Although this cutting board is made from jointed materials, it is solely crafted from straight-grained wood, making it more resistant to warping and more durable compared to a single cross-grained board. POINT 02 Thick and durable. Refinish for long-term use. With a thickness of 3 cm, this cutting board is resistant to warping and cracking, ensuring long-term use.
