Peach Infused White Balsamic Vinegar

Our Peach Balsamic Vinegar is crafted from 100% Trebbiano grapes, aged 12 years in wood barrels.  This meticulous system sees the vinegar move to progressively smaller wood barrels over its many years of aging.  Made in Modena, Italy, under the strict regulation of the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale, this white balsamic vinegar is very bright and sweet, with a clarity and depth of flavor that only comes from a true balsamic vinegar.  The infused peach flavors give it crisp and refreshing peach notes up front, with a sweet fruity finish. Peach is a classic summer flavor, that wonderfully complements white balsamic vinegar.  It can be great to enjoy all on it's own, or with bread and olive oil.  It can also be a lovely addition to any salad, especially ones with fruit or berries.  It can also be reduced to make a wonderful dessert glaze, or used as a meat marinade for white meats and seafood.
