The berries are handpicked from wild Juniperus Procera trees that grow indigenously in Kenya’s highland forests at altitudes above 2,000 metres.Unlike most gins made with dried juniper, Procera distils with freshly picked berries, preserving their terroir and delivering extraordinary nutty, earthy notes with vibrant, soulful character.
