Old original Coin from the USA (5 Cent Nickel aka Indian Head Nickel aka Buffalo Nickel). The engraving is cut by hand with a sharp graver into the coin. The pendant comes on a short or long 925 Sterling Silver necklace. Vintage patinated. The last picture shows both chain lengths in comparison.
