It helps the fermentation to go to completion and avoid slow or stuck fermentations. Contains a high concentration of zinc, which is critical for healthy fermentation as it is a catalyst for many key enzymes in the fermentation process. Main benefits: Healthy fermentation Ensures a complete, clean fermentation Prevents off-flavours Usage Directions: Add 0.5ml per 23L batch at yeast pitch.
