Each straight post has a wearing surface of 1/4". It was designed to go through 2 different piercings with either a 4.5mm or 5.5mm space between them (choose space size in the options). Both piercings should be pierced at the same angle, in other words, the 2 piercings should be parallel with each other and enough space on the front to fit the 10-12mm front end.
