This is a Mother Clutcher refurbished or returned clutch. Some refurbished clutches were mistaken purchases, others had mechanical issues that have been fixed. We inspected and replaced any worn-out parts to ensure the clutch is in 100% usable condition. REFURBISHED CLUTCH APPEARANCE: cosmetic appearance varies. The exact one you receive is not pictured. Some are dirtier or more stained than others, although the function is guaranteed. Bolt-on ready complete secondary clutch for 2021 and newer RZR Turbo equipped models ( Pro XP, Turbo R, etc). It is made as an OE-style Polaris (aka driven) clutch. This is a complete new clutch NOT individual pieces. Comes pre-balanced and pre-tuned with correct helix and improved spring already installed in it. The 2021-2022 OEM bottom half had a helix issue which was fixed with a superseded new part number. This includes the updated style helix for that as well. STIFFER SPRING FOR IMPROVED BELT GRIP: The stock Polaris Pro XP and Turbo R secondary came with a relatively weak spring considering the amount of horsepower they produce which often leads to problems with belt glazing and eventually RPM surging and belt slipping which ruins belts and hurts performance. Our secondary comes with a stiffer spring pre-installed, which provides the much-needed increased belt grip which fights against belt slip both while under a load such as mud or hills and in full-throttle situations. This also helps run larger tires without slipping/smoking your belts. Replaces OEM part numbers: bare moveable bottom sheave 1323812, top half ( HD stat asm )1327102 also replaces 1327121 and older 1323810, complete bottom half (moveable sheave+helix, rollers and pins)is 1323829 spec that also updates and replaces older 1323811, helix 1323830 replaces and updates older 1323772, spring 7045664 and it also replaces 7045644.
