How to pay: You pay in full here and we will ship your order for delivery in 4-6 weeks. We take full payment up front to ensure all of our producers and processors are paid in full for their work. When do I get my beef? Your beef will be ready approximately 4-6 weeks after your order is placed. Storage: You will need close to 2-3 cubic feet of freezer space for a 1/8 beef. For reference, a normal kitchen freezer is about 5-6 cubic feet (less if you have an ice maker). We recommend getting a deep freezer that does not automatically defrost, as this feature can shorten the overall shelf-life of the beef. Questions?
