We do not install any 3rd party software. We will provide information on where to download and how to install the 3rd party software with a usb flash drive. It is a very simple process. Please note some features like the video player are to only be used when stationary. Never enter destinations or watch videos while driving. If you currently have Sync 2 with Navigation you will need to purchase Navigation with our kit to retain Navigation. Please note if your vehicle did NOT come with Sync 2/MyFord Touch/MyLincoln Touch 8" Touchscreen from the factory this kit will NOT work for your vehicle!
