The SWW Method: Student Edition is designed to give students a clear, science-backed framework for how to eat, move, and live in a way that supports energy, focus, body composition, and long-term health.This is a practical system that teaches students how to take control of their nutrition in real-world environments—dining halls, apartments, social settings, and busy schedules. This program includes: One 45-minute kickoff call with your dedicated SWW Coach  Two group education calls  Customized SWW Student protocol for meal timing & portions Exclusive SWW recipes & meal prep tips Downloadable workbook with educational handouts Option to include parents on the call to watch separately or alongside their student. Parents will also be sent the recording.  Option to add on 2-weeks of your SWW coach monitoring daily food log via the SWW app for an additional $125 First Group Call: Sunday, August 2nd at 8 pm EST.  Second Group Call: Thursday, August 6th at 8 pm EST.
