Sized for use with Biostar/MiniStar S/Ministar thermoforming machines for fabrication of clear aligners.  Taking its basic architecture cues from FLX, VIVA is the epitome of innovation, pushing the limits of what’s achievable with clear aligner therapy. Slightly thicker than FLX, VIVA is the perfect aligner for tasks like difficult-to-achieve tooth movements (e.g., stubborn rotations or extrusions) and the finishing stages of an aligner treatment. It's also ideal for revisional cases and for hybrid appliance treatments.   The secret to VIVA's a performance is its elastomeric inner layer encased in a unique dual shell construction. Generates slightly higher stress retention modulus (teeth movement force) than FLX. 20%-plus better teeth movement force over a 7-10 wear period.  Also retains 150%-plus additional orthodontic force after a normal wear period than competitive materials. Similar to FLX, VIVA also generates 40% less initial force than earlier generation aligner materials, providing greatly improved patient comfort and while also delivering superior teeth movement force.  VIVA's greater flexibility and elasticity allows it to more easily accommodate the use of engagers and treat a wider range of cases. The hardy dual rigid shells also provide protection from bruxing. Ultra clear and highly stain resistant. Average life: up to 5 years. BPA, phthalate and gluten free.
