Vanilla Two Tier Wedding Cake

An elegant and sophisticated two-tier wedding cake is the perfect centrepiece for your special day. This beautifully versatile cake will compliment any colour scheme, or you can add your finishing own touches. Each tier is comprised of three layers of Patisserie Valerie’s supreme plain sponge filled with luscious rings of fresh cream and strawberry compote filling. The cake is coated in silky Swiss meringue buttercream with hand carved rustic grooves indented around the sides. Serves 36 portions. Please note - in order to keep your cake standing tall, we have used cake dowels in the bottom tier, and a cake board under the top tier. Please take care to remove these when serving your cake.
