It also allows you to adjust the color of eyelashes and eyebrows to the hair color. This product saves you time, which so far you had to spend every day on makeup.  Smudge- and waterproof Lasts up to 6 weeks Use: Immediately before tinting mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops of Refectocil Oxidant Water or 15-20 drops of Refectocil Oxidant Cream. Mix the ingredients until reaching smooth paste. The paint is applied to the eyebrows and eyelashes for about 10 min. Remove by using cotton wool pads and water.
