Huso huso, or Beluga, the rarest and most prized variety, known for its large, oval-shaped eggs, and Transmontanus, or White Sturgeon, featuring a refined, elegant expression of oceanic notes, resulting in a truly exceptional caviar experience. This is the quintessential caviar, meant to be enjoyed on its own with the full attention it deserves. We recommend pairing it with the finest sparkling wines.
