With daily use and patience through the first two weeks, the brush softens, becoming gentle and comfortable while still supporting a thorough clean. Think of it as a break-in period. A note for parents: Because this brush is handmade with natural boar bristles, occasional bristle release can occur, especially during the first few uses. Please check for any loose bristles before your child brushes. This is a normal part of the handcrafting process and does not affect the safety or performance of the toothbrush.
