With 300mg of magnesium per serve (derived from sea minerals and algae for maximum bioavailability), this calming hot chocolate helps support mind and body relaxation and nourish your nervous system for a more restful sleep. Free from artificial sweeteners, flavours, fillers and thickeners, you can rest easy knowing you're nourishing yourself with only the best ingredients (and treating yourself too!). Our hot chocolate was specifically formulated with a subtle sweetness, it is NOT sickly sweet. Adjust to suit your preference with sweetener of choice or marshmallows.  Ingredients: Organic Raw Cacao Powder (38%), Organic Coconut Sugar, L-Glycine, Organic Mesquite Powder, Marine Magnesium (4%), WA sourced Lake Deborah Salt, Calcareous Marine Algae, Organic Carob Powder, Sunflower Lecithin, Magnesium Glycinate, Chamomile Extract (1%), Passionflower Extract, L-Tryptophan.  Free from nuts, dairy, soy and gluten. No artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners.  Serving Suggestion: Mix approximately 1.5 tbsp (16.5g)  into 200ml warm milk or liquid of choice. For best dissolvability and creaminess, blend with a hand mixer.  kids: Over 2yo, start with half a teaspoon. Over 8yo, start with 1 teaspoon. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
