LIMITED QUANTITY Sometimes, a tea of extraordinary quality can come to you on what you thought was an ordinary day and change your life forever. This matcha, SEIJU is a special tea. From the moment you open the jar and gaze down, you notice a tea so electric green that you feel it is alive. Then, the fragrance hits you. It’s at once crisp and creamy. When added to water, the color turns into a deep cross between jade and forest green. Taking the first sip after its whisked, SEIJU takes on a sort of cotton candy quality, coating your mouth with its pillowy emerald waves with no trace of astringency. If this all sounds hyperbolic and over-the-top, that’s because that’s what SEIJU is: an absolute superlative. A very precious blend of Okumidori, Asahi, Saemidori is favored by many in the Japanese tea ceremony world.
