Westside Water Blended Whiskey 750mL

From the producer in Scotts Valley, CA: We set out to create a blended whiskey that was far superior to your typical bottom shelf product that blended whiskeys almost always fall into. We also wanted to craft a whiskey we could offer at incredible value to our clients. Our whiskey professionals started with our base bourbon. Typically blended whiskey only contains 20-25% bourbon, however we decided to use 30% in Westside Water. It lends the strong nose and depth of a bourbon more than any blended whiskey we compared it to. Our next step was improving the blender element of the whiskey. It's common practice to use corn grain (GNS) or sugarcane rum to fill in the 75-80% of the spirits content. We went a step further and decided to oak our corn grain and age it similar to traditional whiskey, but with an accelerated process using oak cubes and staves. This resulted in the very whiskey flavor that outshines other blended whiskeys.  Finally, a few other industry secret processes are added to round out the palate and give weight to the product. Our whiskeys do not have any added sugars, and any sweetness comes from the aging process.
