Send us the art you want to be printed or embroidered: to contact@undernysky.com with the following information: Your order number For Embroidery: The design in a vector file (vector PDF, AI, SVG) For Print: high-quality design in at least 1000 x 1000 pixels in PNG or JPG format The size you want your images to be printed or embroidered 4. Approve the Mockup: with your artwork, we will create a digital simulation of your T-shirt. You can then approve it or request additional adjustments. Once the mockup is approved, we can begin production. 5. Shipping and Delivery: T-shirts without print or embroidery can be delivered in around 7 business days.
