Marwa مروة - Hand Embroidered Dress and Saya waistcoat

Marwa مروة, a traditional Palestinian name meaning "bright white stone" or the mountain name mentioned in the Quran. Inspired by the silhouettes of Palestinian village women with simple cotton dresses and fitted Syrian silk waist coats. This beautiful art piece is a precious garment and a tribute to Palestinian Fallahi women.  This is a make-to-order item that takes approximately 4-6 weeks of production Two piece dress Hand embroidery on the length of the skirt  Puff sleeves with elastic bands  Handmade crochet on neckline  Fitted waistcoat or "Shdad". Made from traditional Syrian silk "Saya".
