The charcoal in the bar helps remove deodorant build-up. Using this step in the shower significantly improves results with natural deodorant. The bar can also be used on feet and under breasts if odor from sweat is an issue. It can be used in the groin if you are not sensitive to fragrance, as the natural antibacterial properties works well to keep odor from forming in those areas prone to odor from sweat.
