Burl Linen & Canvas Scales Slabs & Sheets    Color: Boreal- Layers of Green, Natural and Black similar to rag micarta. Made with pieces of linen & canvas micarta and phenolic resin. Pattern: The patterns for each piece will vary and will not be exactly as shown in the photo but will be similar. Thicknesses: 3/16" 1/4" 3/8" Sizes:  1.5" x 5" 4" x 6.75" 4.5" x 9.8" 5" x 13" Price is per 1 set of scales (2 pieces), 1 slab or sheet. This is new production material and not vintage or old material.  Produced in the USA. *There may be some small voids in the material which can be filled in with CA glue or epoxy resin.  This material also will absorb some moisture when finished so you may want to finish it with an oil or wax.  This will also darken the material as seen in the finished knife handle scale pic.  Pic of scales in listing is sanded and buffed to bring out colors.
