Coffee overview Limited release 125g only - Our first of three Yemen lots this year, this single-village lot represents a staple Yemen flavor profile alongside deliberate natural processing. The result is dark fruited, deeply sweet and complex flavors presented with surprising acidity and some tartness, finishing with a fair bit of black tea and some earthiness reminding of pu-erh tea. A wonderful start to our Yemen releases this year.
