A forging process where the blade body is gradually thinned from 2mm to 1.35mm, achieves both incredible sharpness and a comfortable weight to the blade. 3 layers of AUS10 steel with a Rockwell Hardness of 60+/-2 HRC. Nitrogen-cooled for enhanced hardness, flexibility, and corrosion resistance. Featuring an exquisite, Feather blade pattern for striking, stand-out beauty. A precisely tapered blade minimises surface resistance for buttery smooth cut-through. Ergonomic handle shape for superior hand control, agility, and comfort made from natural Ebony, sealed and cured by high-temperature wax to create a durable and glossy finish. Hidden tang for superb robustness and quality. Tested to meet razor-sharp standards below 100N (the average kitchen knife test has a sharpness of 210N).   Damascus and AUS10 blades are made from high-carbon steel with small amounts of chromium in the alloy. While high in carbon steel, the blade can show rust if not cared for. You should ensure to keep the blades clean and dry thoroughly to avoid rust or staining.
