LASHCON is staying put in Anaheim, CA, home to "The Happiest Place on Earth: Disneyland." Mickey Mouse's home is only a 10-minute walk from the Anaheim Hilton, where we'll have our 4-day lash conference. Here's our refund policy for your reference: Full Refund (100%): Attendees can request a full refund if they cancel their attendance 120 days or more prior to the start date of LASHCON (June 13, 2025 is the last day to get a full refund). Partial Refund (50%): Attendees can obtain a 50% refund if they cancel between 90-119 days prior to the event's commencement (July 13, 2025 is the last day to get a 50% refund). No Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 90 days or fewer leading up to the event. Your ticket will be downgraded to a "replay ticket" where you can watch all the speakers on our app about 20 days after the con is over. Ticket Transfers: If an attendee can't make it, they have the option to sell or transfer their ticket to another prospective attendee. We request both parties to inform us of this change, ensuring a smooth transfer process and updating of event records.
