Muggins-Chocolate Cake

Finally a healthy vegan, SOS-free BEANful fresh-baked option for on-the-go! All you need is a mug and a microwave (well, and some water or plant milk) to enjoy WellBean's first mug muffin--heretofore known as Muggins. Before measuring out muggins mix, shake the bag a bit to insure even distribution of ingredients. 2. Microwave wattage will determine cooking time. For instance, muggins will require about 90 seconds in a 1200W microwave. For microwaves with lower wattage, increase cooking time in 30-second increments until muggins begins pulling away from mug. 3. You'll find detailed cooking instructions on the back of your muggins package. Chocolate Walnut Cookies 1 pouch Chocolate Cake Muggins 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup unsweetened plant milk 4 Tbsp nut butter (we like cashew walnut butter) 1 cup walnuts 1/2-1 cup chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350. Mix first 4 ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Fold in walnuts & chocolate chips. Dollop dough onto cookie sheet and flatten a bit. Bake 12-20 minutes, depending on cookie size.
