White Ceramic filters. To explain, each water machine comes with the black carbon filters, which are slightly more powerful than these white ceramic filters. Some people prefer the white filters for looks instead of the black carbon ones and replace their black carbon ones with these. These are used when you get a 2nd water machine, and filter the water first with a water machine with the white ceramic filters, and then take that water and put it in a 2nd water machine next to it, with the black carbon ones. This method allows the black carbon filters to do their job without clogging up, as the white ceramic filters to all the heavy lifting. Water Machine top chambers before this date have filter holes that are 12mm instead of the 15mm that these require.
