Shipping Insurance

When adding our shipping insurance to your order, please note the following. If shipping insurance is added and an order is marked "delivered" by USPS or UPS tracking, but you haven't received it, you can receive a replacement on the entire order upon contacting us. If shipping insurance is not added to an order, we are not liable for reshipping any part of the order. Shipping insurance is a single purchase that covers any size order. If tracking displays no movement and the package becomes lost, we will offer a full refund, or a replacement. If the order arrives damaged, we will request images for proof and can further assist on a case by case basis.
