Such high Iris concentrations are unique in the world of fragrances and our perfumes are therefore only available in naturally limited quantities. Bavarian Iris germanica:  Our Bavarian Iris germanica radiates slightly woody and fruity-floral notes — with hints of cocoa and coffee. Naming“Poulsard” is a very rare, old and autochthonous red grape variety from the French Jura, from which light, fruity-tart wines of high complexity are pressed."
