Changing the color of the front surface of your emblems offering a black out color or a color that fits your mood. 🛠️How to Install: For Best ResultsTools Needed: Heat gun or blow dryer, padded glove or felt-tip squeegee Step-by-Step Installation: Rinse the emblems with soap/water or 70% isopropyl alcohol spray. Dry the surface completely to ensure there is no dust or residue on the surface or in the crevices. Peel off the overlay from the backing and align the overlay to your desired placement on the emblem before laying it on the surface. Normally, align the left side of the K and pull to fit the rest, however, it should fall into place once the K is aligned. Once aligned, tack down the overlay on one edge and slowly lay the rest from one side to the other, adjusting as you see fit. Once tacked down and laid onto the surface, smooth down the overlay with a felt-tip squeegee or your fingers. Slowly peel off the transfer tape for an OEM look and finish. Once everything is laid out to your desired outcome, follow the steps below to ensure longevity and adhesion. Post-heat the vinyl: Use a heat gun or blow dryer to remove small bubbles and activate the adhesive for stronger bonding. If bubbles remain, press firmly with your finger or squeegee and swipe them out toward the closest edge. If you make a mistake, gently peel off the overlay to the mistake (bubble or wrinkle) right away and reapply.
