Based on the supremely popular 737R, the Impact Short Action NBK brings you everything you love about Impact's flagship 737R in a lighter weight setup ideal for your next hunting rifle. The Impact Short Action NBK utilizes the same barrel tenon/headspace specs as the 737R and can readily accept 737R pre-fit barrels. Some of the features of the Short Action NBK: The one-piece bolt is designed with proper geometry and clearance to allow smooth operation under field conditions. Fluting on the top and sides of bolt body carry dirt away while a smooth bottom portion ensures smooth cycling. Black carbon nitride finish improves operation by increasing surface hardness and lubricity. EDM Cut Raceway Hardened and finish machined Steel Action body Utilizes a Rem 700 Short Action foot print, and works with Rem 700 Triggers Features a 75 or 90 Degree, two lug design, and interchangeable bolt knobs Uses 1-1/16 x 16 TPI Class 3 tenon threads, and weighs 30.5 ounces Will feed up to 2.960 OAL rounds, and is cut for AW & AICS mags Trigger Hanger allows for easier field maintenance of the trigger The length of the front pic rail is 1.865 and 1.765 for the rear Available in either .308, Magnum, ARC, or .223 bolt faces Has a 20 MOA, split integral rail, and integral recoil lug Has a .700 Diameter bolt, with a Mini M16 extractor The SA NBK will not work with BDL hardware.
