Compared to the Micro, it offers twice the size and nearly three times the weight, providing greater versatility and ample space for Lagree Method exercises. With its low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout, it can help build muscular strength, endurance, and core strength while also improving balance and flexibility. Specifications Mini Pro Features The Mini Pro features a larger platform compared to the Micro, allowing for more placement options for feet and hands during pressing movements. Its debut also introduces the innovative angling technology with six platform positions, including Flat, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90°, as well as the option to use the platform as a handlebar for full vertical lifts.
